This French girl, Tippi Degre, is now 20 years old and lives in Paris, France. She was born in Namibia, Africa in 1990. She grew up in the jungles with her parents who are wild life photographers. They documented her life with the animals. She went back to France at the age of 10. For the first ten years of her life, she wandered in the bushes of tribal lands in South Africa, dressed in “loin clothes” and befriending some ferocious animals. When she first moved to France at the age of ten, Tippi attended a local state school there but had little in common with the other kids her age and was not comfortable. So her parents started educating her at home.
She has appeared in a number of documentaries on the Discovery channels. Here are some fantastic pictures of her, documenting her early life with the animals and the native culture of the jungles of Eastern and Southern Africa. See how “comfortable” she looks with the wild animals.
